Welcome to Museek — a music community platform for fans and artists around the world. By accessing or using the Museek mobile app or website (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Subscriptions & Payments

Museek offers optional auto-renewing subscription plans to support artists and unlock premium features.

Subscription Options:

• Monthly Support Plans: Starting at $1–$5/month

• Lifetime Pass: One-time payment ranging from $25–$200

Payment Terms:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s App Store account settings.

Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region.

2. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Museek. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Community Guidelines & Content

Museek is a human-first platform. AI-generated music, deepfakes, or bot-driven interaction is not allowed.

You agree not to:

• Post content that is hateful, abusive, discriminatory, illegal, or infringing on intellectual property rights

• Use the Platform to harass, impersonate, or exploit others

• Upload fake content or spam

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, damage, or interfere with the Platform or its users

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any original content you create and share on Museek. However, by posting on the Platform, you grant Museek a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the app and related media for community-building purposes.

Museek does not claim ownership over your music, images, videos, or profile unless explicitly agreed in writing.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. Termination

Museek reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or act in a way that harms the community.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support or using the app’s settings.

 

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
